Jullia's Place
to our family!
Jullia's Place provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) by teaching work skills to young people with special needs between the ages of 14 and 21 years old

Cindy McCarley (Executive Director of Good Shepherd) and Dr. Emily Williams (Director of Micah's Mission) realized a need in the community that was overlooked.
They presented their idea to the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation (MDRS) and received funding for Jullia's Place.
Young adults between the ages of 14 and 21 are taught about different job possibilities and the skills needed to secure and keep these jobs.
The program is open during school and summer breaks.
